Marine Detailing
What is our Marine Detailing process?
Marine detailing is a specialized process of detailing and maintaining the interior and exterior of a boat, yacht, or other watercraft. It involves a series of steps and techniques designed to restore and preserve the vessel's appearance, functionality, and value.
-
Exterior cleaning: Washing and polishing the hull, deck, and superstructure to remove dirt, grime, and stains.
-
Paint correction: Remove scratches, swirls, and oxidation from the paintwork to restore its original appearance.
-
Waxing and sealing: Applying a protective wax or sealant protects the paintwork from UV damage, saltwater corrosion, and other environmental elements.
-
Interior detailing: Cleaning and conditioning the interior surfaces, including upholstery, carpets, and leather.
-
Glass treatment: Cleaning and treating windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to improve visibility and reduce streaks.
-
Mold and mildew removal: Removing mold and mildew from surfaces using specialized products and techniques
Some common reasons for marine detailing include:
-
Pre-purchase inspections: To assess the condition of a boat before buying it.
-
Pre-season preparation: To prepare a boat for use after winter storage or a long period of inactivity.
-
Post-cleaning maintenance: To maintain the appearance and condition of a boat between uses.
-
Showroom preparation: To prepare a boat for display at a marina or boat show.

We always recommend removing all personal belongings from the interior of your boat before having a technician arrive to detail. It is not only a courtesy but ensures that our technicians can properly clean your vessel.
It should also be noted- only vehicles that are currently not in the water or on a trailer can be buffed & re-waxed/coated. Vehicles that are already in the water, on a dock can be subjected to fewer services- at a reduced price.
