If we arrive at your location and the service cannot be performed due to access restrictions or other client-related issues, you may be charged a service fee.

Clients must inform us of any pre-existing damages before detailing services begin.
In the event of damages directly caused by our services, Cougle's Mobile Detailing will investigate and address the issue in accordance with our liability policy.
6. Service Guarantee
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us with information of the appointment, and we will work to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
7. Force Majeure
Cougle's Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
